2025 Year in Review

➔ Partnership with SEBRAE The partnership with SEBRAE was a major milestone, enabling strategic initiatives such as the Gamescom Latam Mission (27 representatives and 12 companies), the FLIC Lab with 40 participants, the sectoral research, and the strengthening of Santa Catarina events such as STUN.

➔ Santa Catarina at Gamescom Latam

Participation with an institutional booth alongside SCTI and Univali, as well as the delivery of 7 talks by representatives from Santa Catarina, including one focused on the role of regional organizations within the states.

➔ Sector Survey

Conducting a mapping survey with member companies, used as the basis for the National Workshop on the Games Ecosystem: Co-creation of Regional Games Governance.

➔ New Board of Directors

Formation of the new ASCJogos Board of Directors, composed of Leonardo Bilck (President), Giovanna Kalkmann (Executive Director), Arthur Nunes (Finance Director), and Caio Lopez (Vice President), strengthening the association’s governance, representation, and strategic areas of action.

➔ STUN Game Festival The STUN Game Festival was held, bringing together 8,418 participants, featuring 18 games on exhibition and 5 titles awarded at the Game Awards. In addition, Dev Night welcomed 50 participants, and the STUN Game Index Survey was conducted.

➔ Game Jam Plus Organization of Santa Catarina’s online hub for Game Jam Plus, highlighting the game Cardpybaras, which became the most popular title of the competition in terms of accesses on itch.io. In addition, the Executive Director attended the Game Jam Plus 2024 Grand Final, held in Brasília.

➔ Participation in an Event in Canada: ACATE Global Gateways 20 Mission International participation in an event held in Canada, with the President representing ASCJogos and the state of Santa Catarina, strengthening the association’s presence on the global stage and expanding connections with international games ecosystems.

➔ Plot Kids Recognized Nationally for Leadership and Diversity by APEX

Our member PLOT KIDS was honored with the Leadership and Diversity Award, granted by ApexBrasil in partnership with EXAME. The award highlights initiatives that consistently promote diversity, inclusion, and social impact within the Brazilian market.

➔ 2 Wedges Is a Finalist at Brasil Direct!

The game Sigils of Nightfall, by member studio 2 Wedges, is among the five finalists of Brasil Direct and will represent Santa Catarina in person at the grand final during Gamescom Latam 2026.
